One More Minute

With a weekend wedding in Watertown (congrats, Travis and Christine!), I'll be ending my Christmas break a little early—tomorrow. Ironically, while I still have things going on here, they are not really demanding all that much time until then. So I have time to think about how nice it is to have time to think.
Don't misunderstand, I love the busyness of school. But I've had a nice break. I've been able to read just because I wanted to—fiction even. I've been able to pass on work if I felt like it (what a great boss). I've been able to enjoy late nights with friends with reckless abandon, sleeping as late as I want to make up for the lost night hours. I've been able to spend time studying God's Word without needing to prepare for a quiz the next day. I've watched TV. I've enjoyed home-cooked meals and restaurant-prepared meals I didn't have to pay for. I've enjoyed my time off.
So it's not that I don't want to wake up necessarily; I'm just pretty comfortable right now.
At 1:56 PM,
STOP STEALING MY BLOG IDEAS! Actually, I wasn't going to dedicate a whole post to it, but you surley hit it on the head. See ya in a few hours chief (Steve and I are bringing you a world famous Turkey Hill Tea!--they are on sale just before we leave!)
At 12:14 AM,
You going to be around this weekend? Are you staying in the dorm? If you (and Slim and Steve) need a place to stay, let me know, we can work something out. I might be making a trip up to watertown on Saturday myself, so call me or e-mail me!
