A Letter Home
Dear Mom,
Good news—I'm starting my last week of classes for the semester. Sorry I haven't been able to write more often. Project due date was a killer this time around. In fact, I'm writing this at the end of an all-nighter!
I'm sure you'll be glad to know that I finally went to an activity with a girl. We went to see A Christmas Carol last friday night. The play was really good, and we had a good time. It was really amazing how it worked out that we could get tickets together the day of the play. Especially since we got them at totally different times. I think it was just God working it out for us. I'm not really sure anything's going to come of it for us, though.
See, she's a good six inches taller than me. At least. And she's already dating. Very happily dating. Yes, he's from Bob Jones, but I think he might still be an OK guy. And her name sounds like a boy's. Actually, she was my debate partner for two of my debates and she's a good friend. I'm glad we got to have fun together.
Well, it's about time for me to get ready to go to class. I trust things are going well there and the rabbits haven't attacked again. I'm looking forward to being home next week.
Your loving son,
Justin

At 8:05 AM,
can i come to your house and defend against the rabbits?
At 8:10 PM,
I love your blog, Justin!
At 9:19 PM,
I don't remember any rabits at your house......
like this post by the way; I was thinking of doing something like this, but my parents don't know I have a blog.....I should tell them, gives mom something to do over lunch break.
At 12:24 PM,
Sadly, I feel compelled to explain the rabbit comment. It was my random attempt at humor. Neither the safety of my family, nor the structural integrity of my house is in jeopardy. Though you are all welcome to come to my house and engage the many rabbits that are there, safely munching grass (when there's not snow) and doing whatever else they do (when there is snow).
